Refund policy

ALL return and/or exchange MUST be made within 30 days from the day which the order is FULFILLED.

To return a product, product must not be damage or used

To exchange a product, product must first be shipped back to us and inspected. The product must be defective or damaged prior to being received.

If a refund has been approved an email will be sent stating we received the item and we will send you the purchase amount for the individual product purchased (excluding taxes and shipping).

It may take some time for the refund to be officially be posted. If refund still has not been posted check with financial institute prior to contacting us.
